Vedic Meditation is a simple, natural and effortless technique practiced while sitting comfortably with your eyes closed. When you begin, your meditation teacher will prescribe you with your specifically chosen mantra, which you silently repeat to yourself. This allows your body and mind to rest deeply and release stress and fatigue.

You will emerge feeling rested, more alert, less stressed, with increased energy, patience and creativity.
